ladychauffeurs: Lord of the Rings Meme Five Friendships - Merry/Pippin, Eowyn/Merry, Legolas/Aragorn, Faramir/Pippin, Aragorn/Boromir It was so difficult to pick from all the epic friendships and bonds throughout the trilogy. Way too many to count. I love Legolas and Gimli too but these top five win out for me. Especially the friendships Eowyn and Faramir establish with Merry and Pippin. I mean Pippin named his son Faramir omg crying. Oh, and if you’re wondering why Frodo and Sam aren’t on this list it’s because I refuse to believe they are platonic. They’re on my otp list. Ultimate romance okay.
